Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
